Insurance is something that clients often passively entrust to sales representatives without giving it a second thought – until problems arise. Since there is an array of different insurance services, the challenge is to find out which service the marketing and sales teams excel at.
In order to identify the target group’s subconscious perception when it comes to home, car, health, or travel insurance, we used Explicitor – our online software which measures subconscious perception.
In just a couple of days, based on a representative sample, the client obtained information about which of the above-listed services have the most positive subconscious reaction among the target group compared to the company’s top competitors. With this information, further analysis was conducted on each service’s marketing and sales efforts and how they correlate to the market’s reaction.
