Psychology and marketing in the digital age

Can neuromarketing assist pharmacists? How should the pharmaceutical industry cope with the rapidly growing trend of digitalization, and how can it approach understanding consumer and patient behavior?

Through numerous examples from behavioral marketing, Dalibor Šumiga highlighted key factors that influence or will influence human behavior concerning health and the issue of self-diagnosis on the Internet (Dr. Google). He concluded his lecture by presenting arguments FOR and AGAINST digitalization and explained how it affects human empathy. 

The significant interest in this lecture is evidenced by the fact that attendees arrived 40 minutes early to secure their seats.
